We all love Roosevelt! His upbeat tunes will have you in a good mood and dancing in no time. Ever since the release of “Sea” in 2012 I was hoping he would play a show at “home” (Rotown, Rotterdam). When I started the concept of Vrwrts I envisioned I could organise a series of live shows with bands and Roosevelt would be my number one pick.
I never got to that point and I admit it at that time it was also a bit too early to book them. But The Netherlands have finally embraced Marius Lauber and his band, resulting in a sold out show at Rotown on November 16th.
It’s been two years since I last seen them play live, but they owned the stage back then so I expect nothing less.
