The first time we wrote about this Dutch duo was when they were still going under the name of Nick Klein. The second time was when they just had their name changed to the more international friendly Klyne.
Now, two years later, singer Nick Klein and producer Ferdous Dehzad have just released their debut self titled album. If features their first singles “Paralyzed” and “Entropy” as well as their most streamed track “Water Flow” and latest single, the upbeat “Sure Thing”. The album’s filled with catchy and soulful electro-pop. While their sound is not *that* unique (although instantly recognisable), Klyne manage to keep their songs, production and hooks interesting. There’s not a dull moment on this album.
I think it’s safe to say Klyne are at the top of their game right now and one of the Dutch acts who are doing well internationally.
